I help successful women make mindful choices for their homes, creating spaces that enhance their health and family wellness.
When I was 17, I embarked on an incredible journey in the world of interior design, sparking a love affair with architecture that’s only grown stronger. Throughout it all, my passion for sustainability has remained steadfast.
Lately, I’ve been deeply immersed in studying and applying regenerative ideas to all my projects. Over the past few years, I’ve also been dedicated to healing my own allergies, using scientific studies to transform my own home.
This journey of learning and personal healing is what inspired the creation of Happy Healthy Homes, a culmination of my years of passion and commitment to designing sustainable, thriving living spaces while prioritising health and well-being.
Regenerative design employs whole system thinking to build resilient and equitable systems that benefit both people and the environment.
Because when we make conscious choices for our family, we are also considering the well-being of our planet!
The idea of Happy Healthy Homes occurred when I shared a post on my personal Instagram:
“What is the impact of nature on people’s well-being? In this post I explained that we are embodied in nature and that Spaces where natural elements are incorporated can influence the human brain, we can design spaces to help unwind our mind and rest.”
Following that post on my pages, numerous friends reached out to me, revealing that many of them lacked a clear understanding of the subject.
After receiving so many positive feedback and inquiries from my friends about the topic, I began wonder about how I could assist people in creating amazing, lively homes that foster happiness and well-being for their families.
The enthusiasm and interest expressed by my friends inspired me to explore ways to help others transform their houses into delightful and uplifting spaces.
