Your routines are not failing you. Your environment is working against them.
A six-week live experience where you learn to read the spaces you work, think and rest in, and align them with the rituals and the life you are trying to build. We apply the method to one or two spaces together. You keep the method for life.
Now accepting applications for the founding group
You are capable of far more than your days are allowing.
It is not you. It is what your space takes from you before you even start.
- You sit down to do the important work, and the morning goes on everything else.
- Two hours of real work takes you five.
- You are at your best in a hotel or a café, and you have never asked yourself why.
- Your desk is also your bedroom, your kitchen table or your car, and the workday never really ends.
- You have optimised your calendar, your training and your team. Never the space you work in.
An unresolved space can hold your body in low-grade stress through the day. You pay for it in focus, in the quality of your decisions, in the hours it takes to do two hours of work, and in how little of you is left at six o'clock. Willpower and an earlier alarm rarely reach it. What changes it is the environment.
Your rituals do not happen in isolation. They happen somewhere.
You have bought the planner. Built the routines. Read the books. Done the mindset work. And some things still take far more effort than they should.
- The desk where you intend to do deep work is also holding twelve unfinished things.
- Your exercise equipment takes five steps before you can begin.
- Your phone charges beside the place where you want to rest.
- Work follows you into spaces where your body is supposed to switch roles.
- Nothing in your evening tells your brain that work has actually ended.
You will know how to make any space perform for you.
Not already borrowing against it before your first call.
A clear line between work and rest that your body can actually read.
Know exactly what to change when you need to think clearly.
A hotel, a client's office, a table by the pool. You will know what to do in minutes.
My method, week by week.
Read
Learn to see what you have stopped noticing. We audit your chosen spaces and find what is competing for your attention, creating friction, or sending signals that contradict what you are trying to do there.
Remove
Reduce unnecessary demand. Visual noise, unfinished cues, friction that costs you and gives nothing back. Not minimalism. Precision.
Align
Where your rituals meet your environment. We take the behaviours that matter most to your actual life and change the conditions around them, so the behaviour is easier to begin and easier to repeat.
Signal
Teach the space what happens here. Light, layout, sound and transitions. Focus should feel different from recovery. Work should have an ending. Rest should have a beginning.
Restore
Your environment should also give something back. Nature, materials, texture, places to pause. Not because they photograph well, because a space should not ask things of you all day.
Own
The method becomes yours. Everything comes together into your Personal Environment Protocol: how to walk into any space, find the friction, read the signals and decide what to change first.
I do not want you following another collection of rules. Put the desk here. Buy this lamp. Add a plant. That is information. I want you to understand the principle underneath the decision, so you can recognise it in a space you have never been in before. I translate the science of attention, sensory load, nature and nervous system response into decisions you can use. No lectures. No design jargon. We go narrow, on one or two real spaces from your life, so you can use it broadly for the rest of it.
- You run your business from home, a studio or on the move
- You have done the mindset work and you are still flat by three o'clock
- You want solutions, not another routine
- You are ready to change your space, not just read about it
- You are looking for interior styling or a renovation
- You want a quick fix without applying anything
- You are not willing to change the space you work in

Etienny Trindade
Twenty years in architecture and interiors, and several design awards. The work became much deeper when I began designing classrooms for neurodivergent children. We changed nothing about the children. We changed the environment, and the teachers began telling us the children had changed.
Author of Creating Healing Spaces for Children, and host of the podcast Never Neutral.
Is this about renovating?
No. Everything you learn works in the space you already have, without builders, big budgets or a weekend of sorting.
Is this interior styling?
No. Styling is about how a space looks. This is about what a space asks from your body, and whether it supports the work you are there to do.
How does it work?
Six weeks, online. Live group calls with me, and every lesson is recorded so you can watch in your own time.
What is the investment?
I share it after your application, once we both know it is the right fit for you and your business.
Why do I need to apply?
The group is small. I want every person in it to be ready to change their space, so it works for them and for the group.
When does it start?
The founding group is forming now. Apply, and you will be the first to know the start date.
I had no real structure in my day, no intentional breaks, no stepping outside to get some sun and reset. I would just push through, and by the end of the day I felt exhausted without feeling accomplished.
The moment I realised my space was affecting my work was when I noticed how unmotivated I felt just sitting down at my desk. It did not feel like a place where good work happened.
What is different now is that I am more intentional about my environment, my breaks and how I show up each day. Small changes made a big difference to how I feel and how I finish my day.
We often focus on strategy and productivity tools, but overlook the space we actually work in. Fixing that changed everything for me.

Not six weeks of content. A way of seeing that you keep.
We practise the method on one or two spaces. Those spaces are the classroom, not the product.
You already know what you should be doing. This closes the distance between knowing and doing it without enormous energy.
You leave with your own protocol, in your own words, for the spaces in your life.
The next office, the next house, the next hotel, the next season. You know what to look for.
Your space is already talking to your body.
Learn what it is saying, and how to make every space you work in perform for you. Applications are open for the first group.
