You film

On your own phone, you walk through your home for two minutes and tell me what drains you. Messy is perfect. You send it with a few photos, whenever it suits you.

I read

I sit with your footage and record a fifteen to twenty minute video, my voice over your home, reading your environment out loud, room by room, the way I would if I were standing beside you.

You exhale

You get that video to keep forever, plus a one-page reset: the exact changes, in order, starting with the one that matters most. Delivered within five days.

The honest questions

Before you book.

Do I need to tidy first?

No. I need to see your home as you actually live in it. The mess is information, not something to hide. Filming it real is the whole point.

Is there a call I have to book?

None. This is fully at your own pace. You film when it suits you, I record when it suits me, and you keep the video forever. Nothing to schedule, ever.

Is this interior decorating?

No. I am not choosing cushions. I am reading what your environment is doing to your nervous system, and showing you the specific changes that make your evenings lighter, most of them things you already own.

What do I actually send you?

A two minute phone video of your space, three to five photos of the spots that drain you most, and five short questions. That is all. I guide you through it the moment you book.

How soon will I have it back?

Within five days of you sending your walk-through.
