Terms of Use
Last updated: 14 May 2026
Plain English wherever I can manage it. These terms apply whenever you use this site, sign up to a free guide, join a program, or engage me for a keynote or consultation.
By using happyhealthyhomes.au (the site), or by signing up to a free resource, paid program, or speaking engagement, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or its services.
"I," "me," "my," and "Happy Healthy Homes" refer to Etienny Trindade, sole trader, Adelaide, South Australia. "You" means the person or organisation using the site or engaging my services.
This site and all content on it — words, images, audio, video, branding, designs, frameworks, lists, and resources — are owned by Etienny Trindade and protected by Australian and international copyright law.

You may not, without my written permission:
The free resources on this site (including the Calm Home Map, audits, checklists, and the email newsletter) are educational and reflective in nature. They are provided in good faith and offered without charge.
By signing up you agree to receive emails from me. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
The content in these resources is for information only. It is not, and is not intended to be, medical advice, mental health advice, design advice for a specific structural project, or legal advice. Read the disclaimer in section 6.
From time to time I run paid programs (such as The Calm Home Reset) and sell digital products (such as the Intentional Cards). When you purchase, the specific terms for that program or product — including price, what is included, delivery timeline, refund policy, and any conduct requirements — are set out at the point of purchase or in a separate program agreement. Those program-specific terms form part of these general terms.
Refunds. Unless a specific refund policy is stated for a particular program or product at point of purchase, all sales are final after the cooling-off period required by Australian Consumer Law. You always retain your rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Bookings for keynotes, workshops, consultations, and school or workplace engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between you (or your organisation) and Etienny Trindade. The contact form on this site is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once a written agreement is signed and any agreed deposit is received.
The work I share is based on twenty years of design experience and on peer-reviewed research in environmental psychology, neuroaesthetics, and nervous system regulation. It is educational and reflective.
It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional, mental health professional, registered psychologist, occupational therapist, paediatrician, builder, architect, structural engineer, or licensed interior designer for your specific situation.
If you are experiencing symptoms of poor mental or physical health, please speak to your GP or another suitably qualified professional. If you are in crisis in Australia, contact Lifeline on 13 11 14, or call 000 in an emergency.
