The Guests

Researchers, designers, parents, and extraordinary experts.

Etienny hand-picks every guest, the women and men whose work is reshaping how we think about the rooms we live in.

Did you know almost everything we do is connected to our environment? Nutrition. Human biology. Wellbeing. Mental health. Even your wardrobe. Our environment shapes how we focus, how we feel, and how we recover.

On this podcast Etienny sits down with extraordinary professionals across every field that touches a human body, and traces the line back to the rooms we live, work, and study inside.

Etienny Trindade, host of Happy Healthy Homes Podcast

About the host

Twenty years of design experience across Brazil and Australia, brought home to the women who deserve the same standard.

Etienny Trindade has spent two decades on the corporate and commercial side of design across two countries, two cultures, and one consistent lens. Multimillion-dollar fit-outs. Award-winning learning environments for neurodivergent children. Spaces engineered to hold people performing at the highest end of human focus.

Corporate is years ahead of residential, in light, in air quality, in sensory regulation, in nervous system science. Etienny is the one bringing that latest body of knowledge home, into the rooms where women, mothers, and families actually live.

Happy Healthy Homes is part science, part soul, all in service of one belief: the rooms we live in are not neutral, and women deserve the same level of design intelligence that has been quietly reserved for boardrooms for decades.
